Genesis 33 Akobe and Esau Reunite

In this chapter, the sons of Isaaka (Isaac) reunited after two decades of being away from each other. Remember, Jacob (Yakobe or Akobe) was sent by his parents from the land of Canaan (southern Africa) to Padan Aram or Mesopotamia (West Africa – Nigeria-Cameroon).

However Akobe is heading back and before he can, he will have to cross paths with his brother, Esau. They met and the meeting was amicable as the two put their issues behind them much like Shaq and the late Kobe Bryant.

The rest of the story is below:

Akobe insisted, “Please accept my blessing that is presented to you, for the Great Creator has been gracious to me and I have all that I need.” So, Esau reluctantly accepted. Then Esau proposed, “Let us journey together, and I will lead the way.”

But Akobe replied, “My brother, you know that the children are young and the flocks and herds have their young with them. If we were to overexert them even for a day, the entire flock could perish.”

Akobe pleaded, “Please, my lord, go on ahead of your servant. I will move at a slower pace, suitable for the livestock and the children until I come to you in Seir.” Esau suggested, “Let me leave some of my men with you.” But Akobe replied, “There is no need for that. Let me find favor in your sight.”

So Esau returned to his journey to Seir that day.

Meanwhile, Akobe traveled to Succoth, where he built a house for himself and made shelters for his livestock. That is why the place is called Succoth. Continuing his journey, Jacob arrived safely in the city of Shechem, which is in the land of Canaan, after leaving Padan-Aram. He pitched his tent near the city. Akobe acquired a plot of land where he had set up his tent, buying it from the sons of Hamor, the father of Shechem, for one hundred pieces of money.

Then he constructed an altar there and called it El-Elohe-Akobe, meaning “The Power, the Power of Akobe.”

The Land of Shem

Unfortunately for us who trusted and went along with modern theology and scripture, unbeknownst to us all, all of this story takes place in the land of Shem. The land of Shem is otherwise known as the continent of Africa; the land of Canaan is in the southern parts of Afrika.

This is the land given to the house of Akobe, and to their fathers, Isaaka and Abram. Shechem modern-day is Seeheim, which is in modern-day Namibia.

Old maps are confirming the way, the Spirit of the Great Creator is leading the way, toppling lies and things of no profit.

Visit our series Unprofitable Lies as we are rewriting the narrative of the scriptures, putting back what was taken out, and taking out what was erroneously placed in the ancient scrolls.

Thank you. It’s good that you try to rewrite original bible history. I would like to join you in putting up small videos with illustrations. I need the skills. I need them in African languages.
