Exodus Chapter 5 Summary

Exodus 5 starts with Moses and Aaron venturing back into Egypt to meet with the head of Egypt, Pharaoh, to declare their commands from God.

Pharaoh immediately declares he does not know Yahweh, the God of Israel, and rejects their petition.

The request made the work of the children of Israel much more difficult, insomuch, the children of Israel thought to kill Moses for even attempting to deliver them.
