Having a Form of Godliness

Having a Form of GodlinessEveryone, or at least nearly everyone has a form of godliness. I deduct this by the simple phrase, “God made man in His own image.”

  • Covetous
  • Boasters
  • Proud

II Timothy 3

5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

These people who having a form of godliness, but are denying the power of God and power of His Word, and who turn many away; they are always learning, but are never able to learn and do the knowledge of truth.

They study much, but can’t explain the significance of Jesus dying and being in the grave three days and three nights. I’m not here to insult or bash, and I apologize if I have. This scripture from Brother Paul speaks volumes. I pray it admonishes us all, and that we continue to walk in the truth of our God, and Lord JESUS the Christ.

Peace and blessings

On a quick note – if you’re reading this on the actual date it is posted, this evening will begin the Memorial of the Blowing of Trumpets at sundown. This is a Annual Sabbath of the Lord God of Israel, and I certainly want to bid you Happy Holy Day in Jesus name!
