The Questions Asked in Matthew Chapter 24; but first a reminder of what CHRIST’s main message was throughout HIS ministry upon the earth as a mortal. It was the KINGDOM come.

Luke 4:42-43 KJV

[42] And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place: and the people sought him, and came unto him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them. [43] And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.

This is what CHRIST taught that generation to repent for the Kingdom, we have a detailed look at how this will go (in another study). Now, back to Matthew 24; please get what we’re talking about in this series, because you will undoubtedly learn we are about to go through events like never heard of before. Matthew 24 and the sixth seal will be the defining event that truly ushers in the appropriation of the Kingdom of GOD. That is what we will tackle now.

Matthew 24:1-3 KJV

[1] And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. [2] And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

[3] And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

Keep in mind the question or questions in this case! The first question to CHRIST was, when will the temple be cast down? The second question was, what is the sign of Your coming; the third question was, when or what is the sign of the end of the world?

To briefly answer, the times of the Gentiles must be fulfilled, and Esau (the brother of Jacob/Israel), who happens also to be the leader of the Gentile nations, is known to be the end of the world (2 Esdras 6:9). However, we want to refocus on the questions the disciples asked the LORD.
