The Judgment of the Great Whore Seated Upon Many Waters as told in Revelation 17: There were seven angels with the last seven plagues of the ALMIGHTY. This angel would show John the judgment of the great whore that sits upon many waters.
The waters represent the people who are in the lands that sit on the waters. The great whore committed fornication with the kings of the earth. The kings of the earth bought into her doctrine, policies, ideologies, and theologies.
They formed like Voltron to be against the HIS Majesty, the FATHER, HIS Majesty, the SON, and against the holy prophets and apostles. John was carried away and shown a woman seated upon a scarlet-colored beast that was full of blasphemous names.
On Her Forehead Was a Mysterious Name
The beast had seven heads and ten horns (think the book of Daniel, chapter 7). The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet robes, and she wore jewelry made of gold, precious stones, and pearls.
In her hand, she held a golden cup filled with the filthy and nasty things she had done. On her forehead a mysterious name was written: “I AM THE GREAT CITY OF BABYLON, THE MOTHER OF EVERY IMMORAL AND FILTHY THING ON EARTH.”
This is not Rome, as many believe, but America. Rome is merely the religious center. Washington DC is the base, NYC as the business center, and LA where sorcery and dreams come true.
John could tell that the woman was drunk with the blood of the ALMIGHTY’s people. These are the children of Israel, who had given their lives for CHRIST. This surprising sight amazed John, and the angel asked: “Why are you so amazed?” The angel will explain the mystery about this woman. Also, the angel will expound on the beast that she is sitting on, with its seven heads and ten horns.

1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth.
6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.
7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.
Here’s the Mind That Has Wisdom
The beast John saw is one that used to be and no longer is. It will come back from the deep pit, but only to be destroyed. Everyone on earth whose names are not written in the book of life will be amazed.
They will see this beast that used to be and no longer is but will be once more. Anyone with wisdom can figure this out. The seven heads that the woman is sitting on, stand for seven hills. These heads are also seven kings. Five of the kings are dead.
One is ruling now, and the other one has not yet come. But when he does, he will rule for only a little while. John also saw a beast that used to be and no longer is. That beast is one of the seven kings who will return as the eighth king, but only to be destroyed.
NATO’s EU and United Nations
The ten horns that you saw are ten more kings. They had not yet come into power, and they will rule with the beast for only a short time. This is the NATOs, EU primarily, and/or the United Nations. They will rule with America for a short time.
They all think alike and will give their power and authority to the beast. These kings will go to war against the LAMB. But the LAMB will defeat them because HE is LORD over all lords and KING over all kings. HIS people are chosen and special and faithful.
The oceans that John saw the whore sitting on are crowds of people from all races and languages. The ten horns and the beast will start hating the shameless woman. They will strip off her clothes and leave her naked.
The Woman is the Great City Ruling Over the World
Then they will eat her flesh and throw the rest of her body into a fire. God is the one who made these kings all think alike and decides to give their power to the beast. And they will do this until what GOD has said comes true. The woman John saw is the great city that rules over all kings on earth; America.

They water mentioned in Revelation 17:15 is water baptism lying Catholics made people believe is mandatory to become a Christian when Holy Spirit baptism is mandatory to become a Christian (I Corinthians 12:12-13, Galatians 3:3) since there’s only One baptism (Ephesians 4:5).
