The History of the House of Akobe (Jacob): Introduction

A man by the name of Abram was ninety-nine years old when the Great-Creator Almighty appeared to him again and said, “I am the Creator All-Powerful. If you obey Me and always do right, I will keep my solemn covenant to you and give you more descendants than can be counted.”

Abram bowed with his face to the ground, and the Creator said: I promise that you will be the father of many nations. That’s why I now change your name from Abram to Abrashem. I will give you a lot of descendants, and in the future, they will become great nations. Many of them will even be kings. I will always keep the covenant I have made to you and your descendants because I am your Creator and their Creator. Yes, I will give you and them the land in which you are now a foreigner. I will give the whole land of Canaan to your family forever, and I will be their Father.

Abrashem, you and all future members of your family must covenant to obey me. As a sign that you are keeping this promise, you must circumcise every man and male in your family. From now on, your family must circumcise every baby boy when he is eight days old. You must even circumcise any man or boy you have as a slave, both those born in your homes and those you buy from foreigners. This will be a sign that my promise to you will last forever. Any man who isn’t circumcised hasn’t kept his covenant to Me and cannot be one of my people.

From Sarai to Sara

Abrashem, your wife’s name will now be Sara instead of Sarai. I will bless her, and you will have a son by her. She will become the mother of nations, and many of her descendants will even be kings.

Abrashem bowed with his face to the ground and thought, “I am almost a hundred years old. How can I become a father? And Sara is ninety. How can she have a child?” So he started laughing as he asked the Creator, “Why not let Ismael inherit what you have promised me?”

But the Creator answered: No! You and Sara will have a son. His name will be Isaaka, and I will make an everlasting promise to him and his descendants. I have heard what you asked me to do for Ismael, and so I will also bless him with many descendants. He will be the father of twelve princes, and I will make his family a great nation. But your son Isaaka will be born about this time next year, and the promise I am making to you and your family will be for him and his descendants forever. Then the Creator finished speaking to Abrashem and then left.

Abram’s Loyalty to His Creator

Some years later, the Creator decided to test Abrashem’s loyalty and faith, so he spoke to him. Abrashem answered, “Here I am, Lord.” The Lord said, “Go get Isaaka, your only son, the one you dearly love! Take him to the land of Moriah, and I will show you a mountain where you must sacrifice him to Me on the fires of an altar.”

So Abrashem got up early the next morning and chopped wood for the fire. He put a saddle on his donkey and left with Isaaka and two servants for the place where the Creator had told him to go. He then took the knife and got ready to kill his son. But the Great-Creator’s angel shouted from heaven, “Abram! Abrashem!”

“Here I am!” he answered.

“Don’t hurt the boy or harm him in any way!” the Angel continued. “Now I know that you truly obey your Creator because you were willing to offer Him your only son.” Abrashem named that place “Yahawah Yayraha,” or “The Great-Creator Will Provide.” And even now, people say, “On the mountain of the Great Creator it will be provided.”

The Great-Creator’s angel called out from heaven a second time: You were willing to offer the Great-Creator your only son, and so He makes you this solemn promise, “I will bless you and give you such a large family, that someday your descendants will be more numerous than the stars in the sky or the grains of sand along the beach. They will defeat their enemies and take over the cities where their enemies live. You have obeyed Me, and so you and your descendants will be a blessing to all nations on earth.”

the History of the House of Akobe

This is the beginning of a beautiful restoration of the earth. It’s the beginning of many things, but one is a peculiar people from Abrashem’s seed known popularly as the children of Israel. They are more traditionally known as the House of Jacob or Akobe, they are descendants of Abrashem and have a claim to the spiritual and physical covenants made to the leading patriarch, Abrashem.

In this book, volume one will detail the history in a chronological format. This book will ultimately detail how the nation of the Great-Creator became a divided kingdom and was even cast out of the Great-Creator’s sight.
