Deceivers and Deception Abound

In the book of Matthew in the 24th chapter, one of the themes in CHRIST’s talk is the warning against deceivers. Deceivers and deception abound, and it is critical to keep awareness of this in all generations (especially this current one).

Matthew 24:4-5 KJV

[4] And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. [5] For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

Many deceivers, many who are against the LORD’s ANOINTED will and have appeared throughout the times. Their whole agenda and objective are to steer people away from the ALMIGHTY and HIS plan of salvation. They are deceivers. They are against CHRIST; hence CHRIST warns us to take heed so we are not deceived.

1 John 2:18,22-23 KJV

[18] Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. [22] Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. [23] Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

There will be many who are against the LORD and pretend to come in HIS Name. However, inwardly they are against the LORD because they are against HIS Son. They are also against HIS people, HIS law, HIS ways, and are ignorant, in many cases, fighting against the ALMIGHTY FATHER of us all.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 KJV

[13] For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. [14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. [15] Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

We certainly have to discern the spirit and diligently try the spirit. We should be checking for false transformed satans, pretending to be angels of light. One simple way to discern that one is of CHRIST and the FATHER is that they teach repentance; they teach the keeping of the commandments, and they have the testimony of the Son of ELOHIM, which is YASHAYA (Jesus) the CHRIST.
