Peace and blessings from Bible Study Ministry, this is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. Here are some scriptures below that we thought were very thought provoking and helpful to our walk with the God of Israel. Although we are told to get understanding with all things, wisdom is the principle thing. It is wisdom that will prolong our days! God bless you today!

18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.
We must watch our pride, a fall will follow!
19 Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.
I rather be around the uneducated who are humble, than the learned who are proud and evil!
20 He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good: and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he.
The key to finding good and being happy is in trusting the Lord! It is so simple yet not done by many so often (even me). We have to get better in really trusting God.
24 Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.
Use pleasant words with yourself and with all people, it is health to the bones, sweet to the soul, and makes you a joy to be around!
25 There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
Sometimes we are so sure we are right, but the reality is that we could be on our way to our death bed. Look into all things well and do not be so hasty to tell others they are wrong!
27 An ungodly man diggeth up evil: and in his lips there is as a burning fire.
Ungodly people dig up evil against their neighbor and when they talk, they are always starting trouble! How much trouble are you starting each day? Refrain from having lips as a burning fire, and keep your talk righteous and pleasant.

28 A froward man soweth strife: and a whisperer separateth chief friends.
Gossip, gossip, gossip… and you end up separating good friends! We see this often, great friends no longer speaking to each other because of a froward’s person strife.
29 A violent man enticeth his neighbour, and leadeth him into the way that is not good.
Be aware of where people are leading you, and if you are following anyone, make sure they are leading you to good. Don’t just look at their first move, look at where that move is leading you to.
30 He shutteth his eyes to devise froward things: moving his lips he bringeth evil to pass.
Thinking evil thoughts will bring about evil actions! If a bad thought comes into your mind, get rid of it by replacing it with its’ exact opposite, a righteous thought!

31 The hoary head is a crown of glory, if it be found in the way of righteousness.
Not all gray haired people are righteous and wise, you must always try the spirits!
32 He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.
When you are slow to anger, you are in control and that is better than the man who can come and humble a city physically! Rule thyself and then you are able to rule others.
