Genesis 8: the LORD Made a Covenant with Man: We believe the LORD made a covenant never to destroy the earth by water. GOD remembered Noah and brought the ark to rest on the mountains of Ararat. They remained in the ark until the time to get off was made available.
In the six hundred and first year of Noah’s life, they came out of the ark; they were commanded as Adam was. They were ordered to become fruitful and to multiply and replenish the earth. Noah built an altar to the LORD and gave a burnt offering on the altar.
The LORD took it in, HE promised never to smite and curse the ground because man is evil from his youth (Genesis 8).
From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. The disciples asked, “Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?” And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
