Welcome to BibleStudyMinistry.com, your online Bible Study Supplement Source. Today we look into Leviticus Chapter 14 Summary; let’s dive in.
Chapter 14 of Leviticus, once again is not the most attractive chapter in the Bible as it continues the law of the leper in the day of his or her cleansing.
The leper must be brought before the priest. The priest will perform the ritual or ordinance of taking two clean birds, cedar wood, scarlet, and hyssop and mixing it together.
The priest would then kill one bird while dipping the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed, as well as in the hyssop and sprinkle the person to be cleansed of leprosy seven times.

After this, the priest would pronounce him clean. Then he would let the living bird loose to fly away (not sure if the blood was still on them or not).
The leper would then wash his clothes, shave all his hair, and wash himself in water to be clean. After waiting seven days, he brings his offering (two male lambs) to the priest. The priests will make atonement for the man.
Then he can come back in the camp among his people. This is the law for all manner of plague and leprosy of the scall, garment, house, rising, scab, and brightspot.
We ask the Father to add blessings to the reading and doing of His Holy Word through His Son, the Messiah. So be it!
