Gender Bias in the Priesthood? The Sovereign LORD chose the sons of Levi to be His priests. Among the priests, he chose the sons of Aaron to have the chief ministerial office in the priesthood. In this brief publishing, we emphasize it was the sons of Levi and Aaron.
Exodus 27:21 KJV
[21] In the tabernacle of the congregation without the vail, which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the Lord: it shall be a statute for ever unto their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.
This is also an ongoing statute:
Exodus 28:1,4,43 KJV
[1] And take thou unto thee Aaron thy brother, and his sons with him, from among the children of Israel, that he may minister unto me in the priest’s office, even Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, Aaron’s sons.[4] And these are the garments which they shall make; a breastplate, and an ephod, and a robe, and a broidered coat, a mitre, and a girdle: and they shall make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, and his sons, that he may minister unto me in the priest’s office.
[43] And they shall be upon Aaron, and upon his sons, when they come in unto the tabernacle of the congregation, or when they come near unto the altar to minister in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die: it shall be a statute for ever unto him and his seed after him.
Biases in Gender in the Church
The priesthood of both the house of Levi and the house of Aaron (within Levi), were both structured. They were structured behind the establishment and authority of the men in leadership. The men didn’t choose this, the LORD ALMIGHTY of Israel chose this for the priesthood.
We must keep in mind, the masses chose this as the lesser priesthood that represented the higher priesthood, the higher order of the Son of Elohim.
This study topic was put together to rebuild the family institution according to the holiest order given to man. It is the order of the Son of Elohim, Yashaya (Jesus) the Christ. This is the Order of Melchizedek.
In order to build a nation, it starts with the men. The men must be fitly joined by a virtuous woman. A man should have a pleasing wife so they may bring up righteous children. This must all be done decently and in order; in the order must all things be done!
After the order of Melchizedek.
