Okay, once again, let me help you. Abram and his household decided to leave his father’s house for the land of Canaan. At that time, Canaan was going through a drought, so they went to Egypt to side set and get through the drought in the land. In chapter 13 (of Genesis) they are leaving Egypt and the text states that Abram left Egypt returning or going south. The mention of “the south” brings a cardinal direction into the equation.
This is what we mean by the title, The Cardinal Directional Mishap Of Genesis Chapter 13. Like the land of Shinar revelation, this is a major revelational game-changer.
Why?
It’s because we all know about north, south, east, and west cardinal directions, thus we all know what south is. Also, we can agree on where Egypt is. And if ancient Egypt is where it is on today’s map, going south, we would travel through the land of Shinar (modern-day Sudan), and so forth. That is what the Abram camp did; he went back south to Bethel, where he’d initially set up his tent. Bethel is in the land of Canaan.
Could this be?
Is the land of Canaan, which became “the land of Israel” when Joshua and company took it over, the land south of Egypt, known today as Sub-Saharan Africa? Is this the land the Almighty covenanted with Abram? Could this be the land Abram was commanded to look northward, southward, eastward, and westward because it would be given to him and his descendants forever?
Am I missing something?
Are we missing something?
That is for you to decide; I and those with me believe this is the case. We believe this is the boldest and most shocking secret the modern world and world leaders withhold from everyone.
Today’s theologians would counter this by declaring when the text mentions Abram went south, it means he went to the Negev. The Negev is another form of saying south country or southern country of Juda. Negev means south country, south side, southern, south, or southward. Unless I just do not get it, I’m not sure how leaving Egypt and going south, southward, south side, or negev can get anyone anywhere other than the southern parts of the continent in which Egypt resides.
From Bethel, Abram and his family moved to Hebron which is Mamre in the land of Canaan. The mind-blowing game-changing information (that I welcome anyone to dispute, not just for my edification but for the world) is that the southern parts of Africa are the land of Canaan.
“Say what!”
I know, right?
I’m not sure how scholars and theologians messed this up. Further, I am at a loss as to how pastors today missed this. But I too did not see this from 2004 to 2021 as I shared the scriptures with thousands of people. The cardinal directional mishap of Genesis chapter 13 is a perspective-changing revelation that the Christian world should re-tread carefully.
