Happy is That People Whose God is the LORD

Psalm 144:14-15 KJV

[14] That our oxen may be strong to labour; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets. [15] Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the Lord.

King David knew a few things; one was to bless the LORD and that the LORD is blessed with strength. He can teach us a few things about warfighting. However, it was David who wanted deliverance from strange children who speak vanities and hold onto falsehoods.

By avoiding these types of people, David could raise his children in peace, keep his garners full, his oxen strong, and there would be no stealing and corruptness in their streets. There would be no complaining and murmuring either in such a state.

The people would be happy in such a case, they would be happy because their Source is the Eternal Yahweh (Yahawah). Praise Ye the LORD!
