Not Rendering Evil for Evil
Today’s Reading: 1 Peter 3:9 KJV
“Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.”

Never retaliate when people say unkind things about you. Pay them back with a blessing, and God will bless you!

Be courteous to all.
This Scripture instructs us how to behave well towards all people. When we rely upon God’s power, submit to His wisdom, imitate to His holiness, doing this is a great lesson.
If we desire to live comfortably on earth, or possess eternal life in heaven, we must bridle our tongue from wicked, abusive, corrupt, or deceitful words. We must do all the good we can, and seek peace with all men.
Praise God in Jesus name!
