I thought this was an interesting video concerning the Sabbath day. This Hollywood producer was born in the Seventh Day Adventist denomination of Christianity, and actually taught Oprah (so she says) the actual Sabbath Day. Friday evening to Saturday evening is the Sabbath day, and not Sunday, which is the first day of the week.
