The Lord God of Israel is a God of knowledge. In Proverbs chapter 24, at verse 3 and 4 it says, “Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established: And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.”
It takes wisdom to build a house, an earth, a business, a family, an entity, and it takes understanding for it to be established and last through generations.
However, it takes knowledge to fill the rooms with all precious and pleasant riches and goodness, and wholesomeness.
The Lord is a God of Knowledge
3 Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.
In I Samuel 2:3, a prayer by Hannah, the mother of Samuel the prophet, she says not to be or become so proud and arrogant. Why? Because, you cannot reach even the lowest levels of God’s work.
God is a God of knowledge and God will weigh our actions; that means he will weigh what we DO! Sure we need faith. We need to believe. Our faith will fuel our actions.
The Lord is a God of Knowledge
Nevertheless, let us not be proud and arrogant, let us not let arrogancy to come out our mouths; for the Lord is a God of knowledge. God will weigh us out.
