In Exodus chapter 27 summary, the constructing of the LORD’s temple continued! The dimensional build of the tabernacle with the instructions for the altar is provided by the LORD to Moses for the workers to build.
The altar was made of shittim or acacia wood, five cubits long and five cubits in width. All of the equipment and vessels were made of brass. The children of Israel were commanded to bring or give pure olive oil beaten for the light and that that light could never go out.

They put pillars or curtains to surround the courtyard with precise dimensions. Aaron and his sons were commanded to keep the order of the tabernacle of the congregation outside of the vail every day, all day.
