Deception and Ignorance
We must understand that the world we live in, mistakes happen. Miscalculations occur and flat out deception arises also.
The problem is that a miscalculation and a flat out deception are both lies. One just happens to be on purpose, the other believed they were truthful, but they were wrong.
Because this happens, it is vital to verify everything because someone can be lying with an agenda, or they could be sincerely lying because they thought they were correct.
Satan is the father of lies and deception, Jesus points this out in John chapter 8:44. The Lord had Paul write to the Corinthians that Satan has an army and full organization of false teachers (2 Corinthians 11:13-15).
They present themselves as truth bringers, but they are deceiving artist as their father satan.
