Those That Have Not Sought the LORD: Have you ever been walking down the street in a good mood and someone you don’t know is coming towards you on the other end? You and this individual are the only ones on the sidewalk.

You see them, and you are ready to greet and acknowledge them. You can also tell that they see you, but at the point, you cross paths, they never acknowledge you.

Have you ever had this happen? They do not even look in your direction. Sometimes it gives a feeling of unimportance, other times it reminds me of how cold the world is. One won’t even acknowledge another in a pleasant environment in the street.

We are sometimes in our own world!

This treatment of our fellow brothers and sisters of mankind is beginning to be the way people treat the Creator of mankind. People won’t even acknowledge there is a Creator to the vastness of this world. And believe me…

… the Creator is taking note of everyone that is not taking note of Him and His Anointed One. Let’s view a couple of verses in the book of Zephaniah

Zephaniah 1

4 I will also stretch out mine hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, and the name of the Chemarims with the priests;

5 And them that worship the host of heaven upon the housetops; and them that worship and that swear by the Lord, and that swear by Malcham;

The Most-High is getting ready to stretch out and hurt His people and cut off a lot of others. The remnant of Baal, false priests out there, those that worship the host of heaven (stars, sun, moon, planets), and those that do dual worship, swearing by the Most High’s name while also by Malcham (a false god).

You can’t do both…

The Creator has a stretched-out sword for all of these types of people. There is another group in the next verse that this post was for…

6 And them that are turned back from the Lord; and those that have not sought the Lord, nor enquired for him.

The Most-High also has a sword waiting for them that hear the Word but turn their back on it. And there is a sword waiting for those who have not even looked across the street to acknowledge the Lord. Those that have not sought the Lord, or have not enquired for the Most-High have some trouble coming too.

Those That Have Not Sought the Lord

This is not the prettiest message, but it is necessary for you to pass it to people and keep it for yourself. Smile and acknowledge a stranger when you’re out and about, and be sure to seek the Most-High daily!
