These are the records (chronicles) of the sons of man (Adam). There was Adam, who had Sheth, who had Enosh, who had Kenan. Kenan had Mahalaleel, who had Jered, who had Henoch, who had Methuselah, who had Lamech.
Lamech had Noah, and Noah had three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth. These are the sons of Japheth; Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiraas. Gomer, the eldest, had Ashchenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.
Javan, the son of Japheth had Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim. These are the sons of Ham, the son of Noah. Ham had Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan. The eldest, Cush, had Seba, Havilah, Sabta, Raamah, and Sabtecha.

Raamah had Sheba and Dedan. Cush had a son named Nimrod and he became a mighty man in the earth. Mizraim, the son of Cush and grandson of Ham had seven sons.
By name, Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim, Pathrusim, Casluhim, and Caphthorim. Casluhim is whom the Philistines came from. Canaan (the son of Ham), had his firstborn son named Zidon.
He also had Heth, the Jebusite also, the Amorite, the Girgashite, the Hivite, the Arkite, the Sinite, the Arvadite, the Zemarite, and the Hamathite. These are the sons of Shem (the son of Noah). Shem had Elam, Asshur, Arphaxad, Lud, Aram, Uz, Hul, Gether, and Meshech.
These are the Records
Arphaxad, the son of Shem, had Shelah, who had Eber. Eber had two sons, one Peleg and the other Joktan. It was during the days of Peleg that the earth was divided as families began to disperse throughout the earth. Joktan, the son of Eber, had quite a few sons.
They were Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah, Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah, Ebal, Abimael, Sheba, Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab, thirteen in total. Shem’s lineage went from Shem to Arphaxad to Shelah, to Eber, to Peleg, to Reu, Serug, Nahor, to Terah, to Abram, who became Abraham.
The Sons of Abraham
These are the sons of Abraham; Isaac and Ishmael. These are the generations of Abraham’s firstborn Ishmael; he had Nebaioth, Kedar, Adbeel, and Mibsam. Mishma, Dumah, Massa, Hadad, Tema, Jetur, Naphish, Kedemah, twelve in all for Ishmael.
Abraham also had a concubine named Keturah. She delivered children for Abraham. She bare Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah (six in all). Jokshan, the son of Abraham, had Sheba and Dedan. Midian, Abraham’s son, had Ephah, Epher, Henoch, Abida, and Eldaah; these were the sons of Abraham from Keturah. Abraham also had Isaac.
Isaac’s sons are Esau and Israel. Esau had sons also; they were Eliphaz, Reuel, Jeush, Jaalam, and Korah. Eliphaz, the son of Esau, had Teman, Omar, Zephi, Gatam, Kenaz, Timna, and Amalek. Reuel, the son of Esau, had Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.
The Sons of Seir
The sons of Seir were, Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, Dishon, Ezar, and Dishan. The sons of Lotan (the son of Seir) were Hori and Homam. Lotan also had a sister name Timna. Shobal, the son of Seir, had sons, they were Alian, Manahath, Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. Zibeon, the son of Seir had Aiah and Anah.
Anah had Dishon, and Dishon had Amram, Eshban, Ithran, and Cheran. Ezar, the son of Seir, had Bilhan, Zavan, and Jakan. The last son of Seir, Dishan had Uz and Aran. Now here is a chronicle of the kings that ruled in Edom before any king ruled over the children of Israel.
There was Bela who was the son of Beor and his city was named Dinhabah. Following the death of Bela, Jobab, who was the son of Zerah from Bozrah, ruled in his place. After Jobab’s death, Husham from the land of the Temanites ruled in his place.
Prominent Wife Named Mehetabel
Following Husham, Hadad ruled, who was the son of Bedad. This was the same who killed Midian in the fields of Moab. The name of the city he ruled from was Avith. After Hadad’s death, Samlah from Masrekah ruled in his place.
After Samlah, Shaul came to power from Rehoboth, which is by the banks of the river. Following Shaul, Baalhanan came to power, being the son of Achbor. After the life of Baalhanan, Hadad the second, ruled, and his city was named Pai.
He had a prominent wife, whose name was Mehetabel and she was the daughter of Matred, the granddaughter of Mezahab. Hadad the second died also. There were dukes in Edom also; and here is a chronicle of the dukes; Timnah, Aliah, and Jetheth.
There was also duke Aholibamah, Elah, Pinon, Kenaz, Teman, Mibzar, Magdiel, and Iram. these are the dukes of Edom.
