One quick verse here … Isaiah 64
4 For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.
Can you imagine? This is what the righteous, patient, long suffering, and meek have in store from the Father and Jesus Christ. We just do not know what we are giving up when we do our own thoughts and not the Lords’.
As in all things, there is work to do … and when the work is done, joy is present!
